• Pay Rs. 6000 per head to reserve your seat. The remaining amount is to be paid 5 days before the trip.

Cancellations by You (Guest):

• 15+ days prior: 75% refund (25% cancellation fee applies).

• 7-15 days prior: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee applies).

• Less than 7 days: No refund.

Cancellations by TripLink Adventures:

• In rare cases of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

Trip Conduct:
We encourage a respectful and enjoyable experience for all participants. TripLink Adventures reserves the right to remove any traveler from the trip (without refund) for violating camp rules, illegal activities, or disruptive behavior towards others.

Safety and Security:
TripLink Adventures prioritizes the safety of our guests. However, we cannot be held responsible for your whereabouts or safety when you are outside the designated accommodation area.

Accommodation:
Any damage to the provided accommodation materials (tents, bedding, etc.) will result in a charge for replacement at full cost.

Personal Belongings:
Please note that TripLink Adventures is not liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during the trip.

Liability:
TripLink Adventures is not liable for injuries or loss/theft of personal belongings during the trip. We recommend travel insurance to safeguard yourself.

Itinerary:
While unforeseen circumstances may arise, TripLink Adventures strives to adhere to the planned itinerary. In case of vehicle breakdowns or delays beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, road closures, political unrest), we will work to find alternative solutions to minimize disruptions. However, TripLink Adventures cannot be held responsible for any delays, schedule changes, or additional expenses incurred due to these events.
